Hey Ya’ll! I’m Anna Loutner. People tell me I have that typical southern accent, but with that also comes a little southern charm. I grew up in Springfield, TN, then spent about seven years in Hopkinsville, KY. It was there I met the love of my life, David, and we decided to move back to TN and make Clarksville our forever home. I spent several years in healthcare and searching for homes for sale online was something I did for fun, so when I realized I could apply my passion for helping others and still do something I love and enjoy, my real estate career began. I have three kids at home and a Doberman Pinscher. I have a slight obsession with animals especially dogs, if David would allow it, I would have a farm. I’m no professional but I love photography. If you catch me in the summer getting some free time, I’m on our boat, anything on the water is my happy place. I’m so excited about where God is leading me in my life and in my career. My goal is to help as many people as I can reach their real estate dreams, but I can only hope to get to truly know and learn from others that share that passion in the process.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent I’ve rented, sold, bought, and even built a home. All those moves have given me insight and experience on the consumer side of a real estate transaction helping me to further understand what people really need in an agent. With three kids I’ve learned the importance of multitasking, clear communication, and different schedules. Someone once told me to succeed in something you must have the mindset that failure isn’t and option, I’ve since applied that to anything I set my mind to and strive to be better every day. I promise, if you choose me as your agent I will do my very best to meet your needs as well as have your best interest’s at heart. I can’t wait to meet you!
